For further explanations as to how our QQQQ trading system was designed, please visit the long-term FAQs.

As a subscriber, should I expect the gains listed on the home page?

It is possible for you to receive the gains that are listed on the home page. No five years of the NASDAQ 100 - QQQQ, Semiconductor Index - SMH, or Russell 2000 - IWM are alike and a trading system can significantly outperform the market one year and fight to stay above it the next.

The system was designed by modifying our long-term trading system. After we altered the necessary components, we ran the trading system for several mid-term dates. We never changed any components of the system from when it was originally altered. This is why we feel the results in the future could match the results from the previous five years.

What investment vehicles should I be using to trade your mid-term system?

NASDAQ 100 - QQQQ

Semiconductor index - SMH

Russell 2000 - IWM

Fund choices are located on the table at the bottom of the long-term works page.

We send out signal changes at night. Remember to always make the new trade at the next day's market open.

How can I make use of both your long-term and mid-term system?

We would suggest you use our long-term system for your retirement plans, your 401k and IRA. The mid-term system works best when trading an independent brokerage account. As there is more trading in the mid-term system, it would be impossible for most people to make use of it in their 401k (as there are so many restrictions and limitations) and your IRA will not allow you to short sell. If you do use your IRA with our signals you will have to trade the funds located on the long-term works page (if you are interested in shorting).

How do I know what percentage of money I should allocate toward each index?

This should be based on your risk tolerance. You can view statistics on our buy and sell signals here. The first table shows the largest correction against each past signal. Reading this should aid you in the decision of how much money to allocate toward each index. For example, if the swings in the Semiconductor Index are too large for your risk tolerance, then put a smaller percentage of capital into this index.

Should I trade ETFs or mutual funds?

We strongly encourage our subscribers to trade ETFs at the next day's market open. There is a significant difference in gains when trading at the next day's open as opposed to trading at the next day's close (which is what you would have to do if you traded mutual funds). Therefore, the ETFs we follow, QQQQ, SMH, and IWM, are strongly encouraged as your trading vehicles.
